Practicing

This last week I started with the Mental Health Coaching Sessions and it was with great happiness that I was able to share this fantastic understanding that we are all growing together, as one, interconnected, creating great things as part of our movement, of our expression. I hope to see more people impacted by it the same way I was.

The thing that surprised me the most, was that although most of the women were coming from a low income background and looked physically unhealthy (my conditioned judgmental mind playing on me) they all end up revealing a deeper knowing and understanding as a results of their experiences.

Two of them, just went through Cancer very recently, and it was really helpful for me to see what someone sees when they don't know anymore if they will be around for much longer.

Although all of them are still very grounded on their egos and their busy lives, I saw important shifts when I told them that we are all well at our core, regardless of their situations and all, in a way, could see that for themselves and on a particular situation,

I saw a light of hope coming out of one of my client's eyes - that was great! I felt a lot of emotions while I was listening to them talking about their issues and their experiences.

Overall was a great learning for me, professionally and personally, and gave me more energy and confidence to continue this natural movement of sharing this understanding!
